Q. "What does your warranty cover"

A. Our warranty is a full warranty. Any issue, within our sated warranty period, attributed to the material or workmanship will be fixed or if necessary the coating replaced.  Most other warranties are pro-rata, meaning if there is an issue the contractor will take into account the amount of time you have used the product in assessing how much they will contribute to the repair/replacment.

Q. "Will I need to change the amount or type of chemicals I use in the pool"

A. No - but you will find the chemical levels will be more stable and you will notice you will be using less.

Q. "Is the Fibreglass slippery"

A. No, but as with all pools you should take care entering and getting out.

Q. "Is it ok to use salt water in Fibreglass coated pools"

A. Yes.

Q. "Can I use a heating system with Fibreglass"

A. Yes.

Q. "If I Fibreglass coat my pool will the surface be the same as when the pool was new"

A. The new Fibreglass coating will be exactly the same as a new pool if not better (due to the advancements in Fibreglass technology).  The surface will not be a glass finish like a new pool, as new pools come out of a mould.  The surface will be a waxy smooth surface with a smooth roller texture.

Q. "How long before I can put the water back into the pool when complete"

A. Fibreglass you will need to leave for 2-4 days after the final coat and painting 7 days.
